For In-Store Pick Up:
- Order online or by phone.
- If picking up in store, please collect your order as soon as possible, after we contact you. We do not have a refrigeration unit to store the palms.
For Drop Shipping:
- Please call the store to pay for your order. We do not have the capability for you to pay for their shipping online. Our vendor charges a flat $20 shipping fee, regardless of how many bags you order.
- They can only ship to the 48 contiguous United States. Address must be commercial - Not Residential.
- Please make sure your address is correct. They are unable to make any changes once the order is placed.
- Our vendor does not offer customer service or communication directly with the client. They are a wholesaler only.
- Ordered by the pack. Each pack contains 100 long palms.
- Packs cannot be broken for smaller amounts.
- All orders must be prepaid and are final sale - no refunds or exchanges.
- Palms will arrive within 3 - 12 days before Palm Sunday, per our vendor.
